Funerals

Please contact the Rector if you wish to discuss plans for a funeral, whether imminent or farther ahead.  Resident parishioners and those on the electoral roll may be buried in their parish churchyard – there are spaces at all six of our churches. 

A death is a distressing event for all those involved, and those who have died in the area and their families are prayed for in our churches on the Sundays near the time.  We hold the faith that those who have died in Christ live in him, and that although parting is hard, we shall all in the end rejoice.
